The Oak Harbor Yacht Club is proud to carry on this Whidbey Island tradition. Whidbey Island’s Penn Cove is known throughout the Puget Sound and Salish Sea as a premier sailing destination. We have a long history of hosting world class sailing regattas, and we want to continue the tradition of more fun on the water and in port.

Sailors of all levels of experience are welcome to attend this 3 day event, filled with sailing, racing and summer fun!
