RESOLVED - A small group of South Whidbey telephone customers may be experiencing phone outages when trying to make a long distance call outside of the Whidbey Telecom network. Some 800 numbers may also be affected. This outage is part of an AT&T/Ziply outage and is outside of Whidbey Telecom control.
Network maintenance scheduled for areas of South Whidbey on Wednesday, April 21 beginning at 11:55 pm through Thursday, April 22 12:20 am. Downtime should be 15 minutes or less.
